Karen Gill
FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL OWNER
With experience in both the agricultural and automotive industries, Karen understands the complexities of owning a business and the effort it takes to create and sustain generational wealth. Starting as a law clerk more than 10 years ago and working her way up the ranks of Estate Law, she has witnessed first-hand how clients benefit from the comfort and security of a customized, solid estate plan. Karen obtained her bachelor's degree and graduated with honors from California State University, Fresno, and received her law degree from San Joaquin College of Law. She was admitted to practice in the State of California, as well as the US District Court Eastern District of California. Ms. Gill is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association and Fresno County Bar Association.
To help her clients achieve their Estate goals, Karen meets with them one-on-one for a comprehensive intake to assess their unique financial circumstances and future plans. Her keen understanding of California’s complex estate planning laws equip her to advise her clients on the most profitable ways to protect their wealth. Karen’s expertise in various wealth protection options including trusts, living wills, and annual gifting allows her to create customized plans for each individual. She also prepares end-of-life estate plans and helps walk her clients through the process of estate planning documents including testamentary wills, durable powers of attorney, and charitable trusts that protect their final wishes.
Ms. Gill lives in Fresno and has strong ties to the community. She enjoys giving back and being involved through volunteer work. She was the Jr. and Sr. Fund Development Officer on the Board for La Visionaria Guild of Valley Children’s Healthcare. Karen is also part of a dinner club with her husband and two children that donates and volunteers at Terry’s House, which provides housing and compassionate and supportive environment for families of critically ill or injured patients. Karen was also the President of a local non-profit organization, Central California Society for Human Resource Management (CCSHRM), which helps professionals stay up to date on employment legislation and provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and networking opportunities.
